Return / Refund Policy
We are pleased to extend our catering services for any event within Colombo. May it be a birthday party, cocktail, product launch or a simple wedding reception, our dynamic team is ready to serve you.
If the product is not in good order (i.e squashed) on delivery / pick up at the outlet.
- We will take the cake back and deliver the same product again at no charge or arrange for a pick up at a convenient time to the customer.
- The customer can ask for a refund, where the total amount will be refunded back to the credit card
holder and the product returned to us.
The product after acceptance is not up to standard (e.g - spoilt/inferior quality)
- A majority of the product will have to be returned to the outlet at Queens Rd by the following day before 7 pm and a call is placed to the management at Queens Road before hand. If the product is found not up to standard, we will deliver the same at a convenient time to the customer or refund the total to the credit card holder. (Please note that at least half the product must be returned)
- Once orders are placed and paid for, it is up to the sole discretion of the management to offer a refund to the credit card holder or not. We advise the customer to call the management at Divine without delay and ask for the possibility of a full refund (+ 94 11 2583018 / + 94 11 2583958). Where upon we will respond back to the contact email given.
Divine Foods (Pvt) Ltd reserves the sole right to refuse any orders and refund the money to the customer at our discretion.
